Welcome to my blog!

it’s a therapy really! For me and hopefully for others who may read it

In 2017 I had slowed up and was very tired…A lot…I was diagnosed with Coronary Heart Disease after a lifetime of worrying about it… A quadruple heart by pass followed or a CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) a term I wasn’t familiar with and is now everyday parlance for me!

Its changed my life….but

• I love Dance…to watch it and to take part in it…Dance is a huge part of my life.

• I love the theatre and to travel.

• I love to crochet and knit (very therapeutic also!)

• I love my friends who have been wonderful support in the last few years but most of all

• I love my family who are my world

And in that respect, I am a very lucky lady and will push to get back to the busy, fit, healthy mum, wife and Nanny that I aspire to be.
